Property & Development Leader, UK & Ireland

Taco Bell in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Property & Development Lead to drive the brand's property, development and estates agenda across the region. You will partner with franchisees, agents, and cross-functional teams to deliver a disciplined, profitable growth and well-run estate.

With 8+ years in multi-site property, you will identify opportunities, model IRR and P&L, and manage the portfolio including leases and relocations, while ensuring brand standards and compliance.
