Job Description
Job Title: Property Administrator Location: Dundalk HQ On-site Reporting To: Estate Manager ROI/NI Function: Retail Property Role Responsibilities

BOYLE Sports currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of business targets across the Estate. The Property Department oversee a broad range of services including commercial and residential management as well as lettings. We are seeking an enthusiastic adaptable individual with a positive can-do attitude. Full training and comprehensive induction will be provided at commencement of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between landlords and tenants, local authorities and contractors.
  • Assist in coordinating reactive facilities management reactive works.
  • Processing Residential Tenancy Board (RTB) Registrations.
  • Support with rent collection, financial reporting and maintain tenant schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Team including data entry, file management, scheduling appointments and services.
  • Assist in marketing properties by building relationships with estate agencies and prospective tenants.
  • Support the maintenance of the commercial rates register and process insurance and service charge information.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for the property department.
  • Provide cover for the Property Executive during periods of leave.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and good numerical ability.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage varied workloads, and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in property and/or facilities management preferred.
