ResponsibilitiesAs a Domestic Loss Adjuster, you will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Northern Ireland, including visiting customers at their homes, coordinating visits from contractors, and settling each claim.
Skills That Will Be Useful for This Role- Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for traveling by car
- Insurance knowledge: Understanding of how a home insurance policy operates and the basic make up of a domestic property
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and others, explaining complex details clearly and negotiating fair settlements
- Problem solving abilities: Identifying and solving problems efficiently
- Time management: Planning your own week, prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple claims simultaneously
