We are looking for a proven Prompt Engineer for Agent-Led AI Platform. This is a rare opportunity to join from the ground up, own key parts of the solution, and help shape the foundation of a technically ambitious product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, optimise, and evolve LLM prompts for complex multi-agent reasoning workflows
• Translate structured and unstructured data into prompt-ready inputs and memory chains
• Implement prompt chaining, context injection, and result validation patterns
• Use vector search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ground AI reasoning in fact
• Work with engineers and product leaders to align output quality with strategic goals
• Continuously test and refine prompts through performance benchmarking and feedback loops

Required Experience:

• Strong experience designing prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
• Hands-on knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, DSPy, or similar tools
• Ability to reason across structured data, text-based inputs, and system state
• Familiarity with embedding-based retrieval, memory architectures, and prompt composition
• High standards for clarity, accuracy, and stability in AI-generated output
• Bonus: exposure to user insight tooling, behavioural analysis, or platform decision logic
