PROMOTION-COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT

Our client, aoris OrTra health-social Vaud, from the world of work involved in the professional and promotion of the fields of health and social work, is looking for its future ASSISTANT (80% evolving position). As head of the promotion division, in direct relation with the Secretary General, you play a key role in strengthening the visibility of professions and career paths while ensuring a coherent and modern institution. You are ready to: - Deploy and structure the promotion division to meet the objectives and support a promotion team in a dynamic environment (current issues of shortage, new channels).- Develop targeted promotional tools and actions for target audiences (schools, materials).- Design and implement institutional communication related to the role of ActivActeur of aoris: campaigns, media, events, annual reports.- Ensure the management of the system: website (maintenance/evolution), social networks.You bring: - A tertiary education complemented by training in management.- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position, including team management.- A good knowledge of the Vaud institutional landscape and professions in health and social fields.- Familiarity with the functioning of the Vaud government is highly appreciated.- Excellent command of social media tools and ideally graphic design software.- Leadership skills, a sense of rigor, and a real ability to unite people.- Perfect command of the French language and good knowledge of German (B1).You can count on a highly impactful position, at the heart of societal issues related to professional succession, a stimulating and transversal function combining management, fieldwork, and an environment that encourages you to share ideas, creativity, and the ability to drive change.A close collaboration with cantonal partners (notably OCOSP, GIIP, OdASanté, SAVOIRSOCIAL).We invite you to send your complete application by Friday, March 27, by email to Email Address .
