Project Manager (m/f/d) Netherlands

For our locations in the Netherlands (currently Venlo, Heijen), we are currently looking for a professionally competent employee (m/f/d) for the area of customer service and project management.
As the link between our customers and our specialist departments in logistics and management, you will independently supervise and be responsible for all necessary functions:
Interface between customers, employers, and subcontractors.
Disciplinary and professional responsibility for our on-site employees.
Schedule management and quality control.
Reporting and processing complaints
You are our calling card at the customer's premises, so customer and service orientation should be part of your standard repertoire.
Your qualifications:
Professional training in the field of temporary employment or comparable job profiles.
Ability to work independently
Management experience in logistics and warehouse management. Ideally, you can also handle and lead larger teams or work groups (80+ employees).
You have a strong interest in key accounting and are familiar with the necessary etiquette. You have your ear to the market and can also recognize and classify sales approaches.
You speak the local language (Dutch) and round off your language skills with German and good English
