As a Project Worker with ASA Recruitment, you will provide comprehensive support for young people who are homeless. You will work alongside young people providing emotional support that involves building positive relationships, ensuring that their individual needs are met.

Applicants must also possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

The Role:

1. Build trusting relationships with young people and provide a safe, non-judgmental space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them access safe housing, healthcare, and social services.
2. Work one-on-one with service users to assess their needs, develop action plans, and set achievable goals.
3. Advocate on behalf of service users, ensuring they receive the resources and support they need.
4. Offer emotional support and guidance to empower individuals to rebuild their lives.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in housing, social work, or mental health services is desirable but not essential.
