• In this challenging position, you will actively support our project management in all administrative matters from project start to handover
• You will be responsible for obtaining and preparing quotations as well as preparing documentation and reports
• You will also be responsible for checking and collecting documents, supporting controlling and maintaining internal project data
• You will communicate with other departments and suppliers in a competent and friendly manner

• You have completed a commercial education and have a basic understanding of business
• Your strengths include a sense of responsibility and a precise way of working
• You have a very good command of English and business fluent German
• Experienced knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Dedicated, with a hands-on mentality

Statutory notice: The minimum gross salary for the advertised position is € 2,610 in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Commercial Employees, with a willingness to overpay based on experience and qualifications.
