Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised Project Support Officer (PSO) to support the successful delivery of projects across the organisation. You'll work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders, ensuring plans, documentation and reporting are consistently maintained to a high standard.

What you'll be doing
  • Creating and updating project plans
  • Tracking progress against milestones and highlighting risks or delays
  • Scheduling and supporting project workshops, checkpoint meetings and board meetings
  • Managing key project documentation and ensuring it's shared on time
  • Maintaining core project reports: highlight reports, RAID logs, finance forecasts and action logs
  • Ensuring all project activity meets internal compliance standards
  • Producing ad hoc reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
  • PRINCE2, APM or similar project methodology qualification
  • Proven experience supporting projects in a structured environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work with competing deadlines
  • Experience using project tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Play a key role in helping projects land successfully
  • Work with experienced project professionals in a supportive team
  • Develop your project skills and progress within change & transformation
