About You:

Are you an ambitious and results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences? Do you have a proven track record in the Projects market sector, working with Residential, Hospitality, Marine, Modular, and Kitchen accounts? Do you enjoy identifying and converting opportunities while using your commercial acumen to maximise profitability and influence key decision-makers across complex buying centres? Are you located in the Oxford, Banbury, Milton Keynes area? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:

As a Projects Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Projects sales strategy within your territory, driving pipeline development, project conversion, and market growth. You will be responsible for planning and executing sales activities to achieve individual revenue and profitability targets, while building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, hotel groups, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders.

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure Hansgrohe is specified early in the project lifecycle, managing pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within company guidelines to maximise profitability. The role requires gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales tactics and provide feedback to the National Sales Manager - Projects. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams will be key to delivering a seamless customer experience, while also championing the Hansgrohe brand through CPDs, product presentations, and training sessions. You will maintain accurate customer and project data in C4C and track performance to support forecasting and decision-making.
