Project Safety Manager / Senior HSE Advisor Multiple Jobs

Projects involve complex sequencing such as piling, demolition, and large-scale earthworks. You will work alongside a Project Manager on site, tasked with gaining buy-in from Sub-Contractors to foster a helpful environment, ensuring everyone works towards a safe & productive construction site.

Role

• Deliver safety presentations
• Lead health and safety processes, including hazard analysis, SOPs, training, contractor requirements, and incident investigations
• Conduct routine inspections, toolbox talks, and inductions
• Develop site HSSE strategies, promote safety standards & best practices from the outset
• Build teams, maintain client relationships, and demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude
• Set standards from the front, ready to roll up sleeves
• Open to travel and working away during the week, aligned with the company's client-focused approach

Do you meet the following criteria?

• NEBOSH qualification
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Safety Advisor, Safety Manager, or HSE Manager
• Experience working for Main Contractors or Sub-Contractors focusing on worker welfare and safety on construction sites
• Experience in Build & Civil Engineering works (excavation, groundworks, piling, enabling works, structures)
• Permanent employment history, ready to work hard during challenging days

• Basic salary range of £55,000 - £67,500
