Project Quantity Surveyor: Commercial & Cost Control

VINCI Building UK is seeking a seasoned commercial leader to oversee start-up procedures, procurement, subcontract administration, and cost control on major projects in the UK. You will maximise cash flow, manage final accounts, and develop strategies for client negotiations.

Responsibilities include CVR reporting, progress forecasting, and maintaining robust reporting structures. You will drive value engineering, change control, and risk/opportunity management within the project team.
