About the Company:

An exciting role for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and ambitious contractor specialising in RC & Groundworks within the infrastructure, data-centre and renewable sectors. Projects range up to £10m. The company have an excellent forecast for growth, with a growing client base and order book.

About the Role:

The Project Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial control over a portfolio of work, reporting into the Commercial Director. You will get involved in both pre and post commercial duties, but primary key is strong daily commercial control over the schemes you run.

Experience Required:

• RC & Groundworks experience
• NEC Knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Good negotiating and client interfacing skills
• Structured career history
