Our main contractor client is looking for Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This private housing project by the river requires an experienced QS who has experience building a project from the ground up.

Earn up to £75,000. This contractor can also provide a generous travel package. As well as the other benefits of permanent role.

The Project:

• Take on a scenic residential project by the river in East London.
• Contribute to the building this large scale private housing scheme.
• Immerse yourself in a residential RC Frame environment.

About the Role:

• Join a dynamic team at a prestigious Tier 1 contractor.
• Play a crucial role in a large-scale refurbishment project.
• Utilize your 3+ years of experience in similar contracting environments.
• Leverage your strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure and work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications:

• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or large volume Residential builds.
• Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
