Project Quantity Surveyor - Dublin, €80k + Benefits

Egmont is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for a major commercial development in Dublin. You will take full ownership of commercial duties, manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and final accounts, and drive cost control and value optimisation on a high-profile project.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying with 4+ years' experience, strong commercial awareness, and proven ability to report at project level and maintain client relationships.
