Project Officer The Kite Trust LGBTQ+ youth charity

The Kite Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Project Officer. This role will be responsible for effective processes that enable us to provide high quality services to LGBTQ+ young people throughout Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, and the surrounding areas and supports the smooth running of the 'Creating Supportive Environments' project ().

The Project Officer will support the delivery of both the schools and family strands of the project; undertaking project activity, data collection and analysis for the project evaluation, and the recruitment and supervision of volunteers to support the project's delivery.

Salary - £26,335

Location - Hybrid between home and Ely, Cambridgeshire with travel to other locations across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, and the East of England.

Hours - The Kite Trust operates a 4-Day/32 Hour working week Monday-Thursday. The role is available on a 0.5 full-time equivalent/16 hours per week basis, however applicants who wish to fulfil the role through job share, or other flexible working options are welcome.
