Job Title: Project Officer (Pensions) Salary: £29,832 - £31,887 per annum 35 Hours per Week Location: Wildwood /Hybrid Team: Pensions Systems and Projects Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Officer (Pensions) to join our Pension Fund team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support the delivery of projects that drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and transformation within pensions administration. You will play a key role in embedding change, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the customer experience for scheme members and employers.

What you'll do:

• Deliver and manage projects that improve processes and customer experience
• Support governance and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and embed change

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience in pension administration and governance
• Strong project management skills
