# Project Officer - Springboard Two Job Introduction What you'll do As a Project Officer - Springboard Two , you'll support the delivery of NHG's Springboard Two (SB2) programme, which aims to improve residents' homes, making them warmer, safer, and more comfortable. You'll coordinate project activities, manage communications, and maintain accurate data to ensure each scheme is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. The Project Officer - Springboard Two will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and residents to deliver meaningful improvements aligned with NHG's Better Homes Strategy, while supporting sustainability, energy efficiency, and financial stability. How you'll do it Assist in assessing asset performance to determine scheme viability for inclusion in the SB2 programme. Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels, ensuring timely and effective responses. Support budget forecasting and expenditure tracking using PAMWIN and internal systems. Manage the team inbox, triage project queries, and coordinate resident communications. Organise programme meetings, track actions, and maintain documentation to support delivery. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify homes for sustainability improvements and support strategic planning. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and clear communication Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach Experience of writing reports and collecting all relevant data and presenting it in a way everyone can understand Experience in contractor management and writing reports with accessible data presentation.Desirable: Knowledge of housing sustainability, energy efficiency, or decarbonisation projects. Experience working in asset management or housing improvement programmes. Familiarity with PAMWIN or similar project tracking tools. Hybrid arrangements - work at least three days a week in an office or in a site-based setting.
