A Project Manager/Senior Site Manager is immediately required to join a reputable developer on an exclusive site based in Vauxhall. The right candidate will ideally be based locally or willing to travel there on a daily basis. Experience + Longevity with a residential developer is essential. My client is offering a competitive salary (£75k to £85k basic DOE) for the right candidate and would like someone available to start in January.

High rise project - Whole Scheme: 647 units with towers up to 40 plus levels. The development is due for completion in late 2019.

Responsibilities

• Agreeing project objectives
• Representing the client's or organisation's interests
• Providing advice on the management of projects
• Organising the various professional people working on a project
• Carrying out risk assessment
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
• Making sure the quality standards are met
• Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
• Recruiting specialists and sub contractors
• Monitoring sub contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
