LET'S TELL YOU MOREAre you ready to lead transformative change in the water industry? Severn Trent is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead and coordinate the implementation of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI), playing a key role in delivering our strategic ambitions and improving customer journeys.
In this role, you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of Smart Metering projects and workstreams, managing them through the full project lifecycle. You'll build strong relationships across the business, ensuring best practices are shared and embedded, and that change is sustainable and impactful. You'll work closely with project sponsors and stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure alignment and support throughout the journey.
You'll be responsible for implementing new and enhancing existing processes, managing risks and issues, and ensuring benefits are realised. This will cover areas such as customer experience, data management and technology, so background in these areas are essential. Your leadership will inspire project teams, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality standards.
This is a highly visible role requiring excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a passion for continuous improvement. Flexibility to travel across the Severn Trent region and support local teams is essential.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLEWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced change leader to join our team and drive impactful business transformation. Experience within Customer experience improvement projects and/or business change is desired. You will bring a proven track record of delivering sustainable change, with a strong grasp of the project lifecycle, change management, and risk mitigation. Your ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way will help you build strong relationships across all levels of the business, while your collaborative mindset will foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
You'll be confident in using data analytics to inform decisions, identifying and planning for benefits, and coaching others to grow and succeed. If you're passionate about making a difference, influencing outcomes, and leading teams to success, we'd love to hear from you.
