Project Manager (Westchester)

Start Date: 3-15-2026Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000 per year

Supervise and run your own residential projects. Coordinating all job-related deliveries, materials, internal staff, sub-contractors, general contractors, etc. You will be responsible for change orders, billing, job supervision and collaborating in scheduling with other staff (Project managers, sales, operations manager, division managers).

Responsibilities/Duties

• Daily report to our nursery in Bedford Hills NY
• Technologically inclined with phones, email, and text
• Keeping and organize job schedule
• Supervision of crews and sub contractors
• Operation of all equipment
• Completion of job-related paperwork (AIA, daily reports, etc.)
• Direction of and training teams on planting and construction related procedures
• Developing schedules in conjunction with other teams
• Organizing labor, materials, subs. and other job-related items.
• Customer relations (consistent clear communication)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Extensive horticultural and construction knowledge
• Must be able to teach all installation procedures
• Must be able to operate/teach all job-related equipment
• Must be able to work with manpower and job budgets
• Must be able to coordinate all job-related deliveries, materials, sub-contractors, general contractors, etc.
• At least 3 years of landscape experience in a supervisory or project manager role
• Ability to read, understand, and execute drawings, and plans (grades, mechanicals, plants)
• Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them

Additional Information

Job is located in Bedford Hills NY, about an hour north of NYC. Daily reporting to the nursery at 6:45am is required.
