Due to continued growth, Precise Installs Group Limited is looking to recruit a Project Manager - M&E Building Services to join our team delivering projects across Glasgow and the central belt.

We are a well-established, growing, heating, plumbing, renewables and building services group with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and industrial sectors.

Location: Glasgow / Central Belt (M8 Corridor)

Employment type: Full-time

About the role

This role will involve managing mechanical and electrical projects from pre-start through to completion, working closely with our engineers, subcontractors and clients.

The role sits within a recently established building services division that forms part of our well-established, growing and financially secure group.

It's a great opportunity to join this part of our business at an early stage, take ownership of projects, and contribute to the continued growth of the division.

The successful candidate will manage a range of mechanical and electrical building services projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

Typical projects

Projects delivered by the division include:

  • Commercial developments
  • Building Services installations
  • MEP packages
  • Commercial fitouts

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of multiple M&E building services projects
  • Coordinate site teams, engineers and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and ensure programmes are met
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors
  • Oversee budgets and commercial performance of projects
  • Attend site and project meetings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support projects from pre-start through to final handover
  • Oversee material call-offs to meet construction program

Requirements

  • Time-served electrician, plumber/heating engineer or other relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience delivering M&E building services projects
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Full UK driving licence
