Overview

Join Staria, Europe's leading NetSuite partner, and elevate your career in project management. With awards such as the NetSuite Partner of the Year and multiple 5-Star awards, we are at the forefront of ERP implementation projects. As a Project Manager at Staria, you will get the opportunity to manage cutting-edge projects and help our clients utilize the full potential of NetSuite to drive their success. Join us and be a part of an international team that shapes the future of ERP solutions!

Journey that awaits you

We are excited to welcome a Project Manager to our growing international NetSuite consultancy team. In this role, you'll join a dedicated group of eight experienced Project Managers, all supported by our PM Vertical Leader, to whom you will report directly.

At Staria, you'll play a vital part in driving customer success by managing ERP implementation projects alongside our talented consulting team. You'll lead your project teams with a hands-on approach, providing support in planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting and risk management throughout each project's lifecycle.

As Europe's leading NetSuite Partner, we deliver a wide variety of projects across four key verticals: Software & Services, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology. Our Project Managers typically oversee 3-6 projects at a time, depending on the size and complexity of each assignment.

In practice you will:

  • Project management: Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for delivering project KPIs such as project budget, profitability, completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in standardization and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the consulting team, to support the high growth ambitions of Staria.
  • Mentorship: You will play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, supporting their growth in project management and fostering their professional development. You will lead by example, providing coaching, feedback, and sharing best practices to help elevate the skills and capabilities of the team.
  • Project governance: Take an active role in project governance by supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices. You will act as a key point of contact for governance-related matters, ensuring compliance with established processes and contributing to the overall quality and consistency of project delivery. Additionally, you will support the PM Vertical Leader in overseeing project progress and will be responsible for delegating and monitoring development projects and initiatives within your team.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible start date, but we hope you can join us as soon as possible! While the role is primarily remote, occasional on-site visits to client premises may be required, typically during Pre-sales, at the Kick-off of new projects and/or to support functional consultants when needed.

Keys to success in this role

We are seeking a Project Manager based in the UK, ideally within the Midlands or the capital, London. Please note that you must already reside in the UK and have a valid work permit.

To thrive in this position, you should have extensive experience leading several ERP implementation projects, preferably within NetSuite, and a proven track record of managing complex, multi-project deliveries. As this is a customer-facing role, strong customer management skills are essential. You should be confident in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

You bring expertise in project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean), with certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, or similar. Strong financial skills in project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting are also key. Exposure to programme management is considered a plus.

Beyond skills, we value personality highly. For this position, you should bring calm seniority, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts and lead teams effectively. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus. Experience in supply chain management or WMS is highly beneficial.
