Project Manager Supply Chain

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our international Supply Chain team in Varsseveld.
Role Overview:
Manage international projects of medium to large scale and complexity, leading substantial teams to successful completion. Responsibilities include crafting project vision and plans, executing, reporting, and evaluating project performance to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead international project teams, providing training and mentoring for improvement.
- Conduct assurance reviews, facilitate third-party reviews, and resolve issues.
- Develop project plans aligned with objectives and organizational frameworks.
- Prepare review reports and presentations for stakeholder evaluation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
- Implement policies, share best practices, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Manage research, workshops, and activities to define deliverables.
- Engage stakeholders effectively, addressing needs and concerns.
- Support change initiatives by analyzing progress under guidance.
Candidate Profile:
- Masters Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Experience with complex operations projects, construction, fit-outs, and ramp-ups of warehouses and offices.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
- Experience with large CAPEX projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
- Willing to be present at HQ in Varsseveld 2-3 days a week.
