Responsibilities

• Represent the company on site and interface between the company and client
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Manage and motivate sub-contractors
• Ensure all processes are adhered to on a project-by-project basis
• Ensure that the end product meets customers' expectations in relation to build and finish
• Ensure all Health & Safety and other regulatory matters are complied with

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' main contractor experience
• Experience of coordination of workshop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting/ Scheduling & Programming
• Experience in commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Self-motivated and hard worker
• Strong team building and leadership skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, CAD and other industry-specific software (advantage)
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
