The Role:

• Manage sub-contractors and field crews to ensure timely project completion
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures
• Plan and programme work schedules to meet project deadlines
• Attend and actively participate in weekly site meetings
• Coordinate work in line with plans and specifications
• Provide clients with regular, updated project schedules
• Control costs in accordance with project budgets

The Person:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar residential project management role
• Ability to handle multi-skilled developments in both public and private sectors
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and a highly organised, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment
