We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large and established plastering contractor operating across the Greater Dublin Area. The Project Manager will travel between live sites, checking quality, progress and completed works, verifying measurements and acting as a key link between the site teams and the office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, programmes, and resources to ensure projects are delivered in line with client and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and programme, providing regular updates to senior management and clients
• Carry out QA/QC inspections and ensure works meet the required quality standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues to support timely and cost-effective delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders
• Drive efficient project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and problem-solving

Requirements:

• Construction-related qualification and/or relevant construction project amangement experience
• Good understanding of construction drawings and basic measurement
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail with a particular focus on quality
• Confident liaising with site management and construction teams.
• Ability to manage priorities across a busy portfolio of projects.
• Full driving licence.
