• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Zuverlässigkeit und Zahlenaffinität
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe & Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Belastbarkeit, Eigenständigkeit und Flexibilität
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
• Verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, zusätzliche Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
• Reisebereitschaft

• Umfassendes Account- und Lieferantenmanagement sowie enge Kommunikation mit unseren Produktionen in Vietnam und Albanien
• Kostenkalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Fakturierung
• Projektbezogene Analyse & Recherche von Lieferantenmärkten, Produktbeschaffung und Preisverhandlung
• Weltweite Akquisition von Marketingprodukten in den Bereichen Verpackung, Printartikel, Visual Merchandising und Marketingprodukte
• Umfassendes Controlling von Produktion und Logistik
• Gewährleistung, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards während der Produktbemusterung, der Massenproduktion und der kompletten Lieferkette eingehalten werden
• Erstellung von Projekttimelines, Projektplanung & Projektnachbetrachtung
• Produktneuentwicklung und -weiterentwicklung
