Description

Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview: Due to continued growth we wish to integrate a Project Manager M&E into support our assembly production, in our new assembly facility located in Mallusk. This post is a permanent position and offers amazing opportunities for any successful candidate who wishes to gain experience within a progressive and dynamic company. The role will be based in Mallusk to ensure works and procedures are being carried out in a timely manner.

Hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

Salary Competitive Depending on Experience

Responsible to Operations Manager

What You'll be Doing

Plan, coordinate, and manage M&E assembly, testing, and installation programmes to ensure on-time project delivery. Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, BIM, fabrication, procurement, and assembly teams; translate technical designs into executable work plans; allocate resources effectively; monitor progress and mitigate risks. Act as the central point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting FAT, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth handovers from manufacturing to site installation.
