Project Manager (High End Residential) Permanent SW London

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + package

Location: London

I have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a high end residential building contractor on a permanent basis, working on a high end residential and commercial project near Parsons Green, SW London.

The company have been around since the 1980's, initially carrying out small extensions and alterations within the high end residential sector. Over the years they have continuously evolved, and are one of the most reputable builders in the high end residential sector carrying out prestigious projects to the highest quality.

They carry out new build developments, refurbishment projects, extensions and alterations throughout South West London and the surrounding areas. Regardless of the project, the aim remains the same; to exceed their clients' high expectations. Client focus and an uncompromising attitude to quality of finish are the driving forces behind the success of their business.

The project in SW London comprises a new build sports and leisure club with restaurants and bars with 4 storey, high end apartments built on top. This complex is part of a Tennis Club and also consists of underground parking. They are looking for a Project Manager to take charge of the site which will go live in August.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Track record working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Experience of building high end, luxury apartments
• Ideally have experience working on new build sports and leisure buildings
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
• Presentable with strong client facing skills
• Excellent man management skills
• Able to commute to SW London on a daily basis
