Project Manager (Heybridge)

Salary/rate: £75000.00 - £82000.00 per annum + car allowance + package + bonus

A busy national housebuilder with a strong pipeline of secured work across Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a new residential development near Maldon.
With multiple live and upcoming schemes in the region, this is a long-term opportunity offering stability, career progression, and the chance to take full ownership of a flagship volume housing project.

The Role

• Full project responsibility from site setup through to completion
• Managing Site Managers and subcontractors on a large-scale housing scheme
• Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
• Controlling budgets, reporting progress, and ensuring delivery targets are met
• Working closely with Commercial and Technical teams to ensure smooth delivery

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within volume housebuilding
• Background delivering large residential schemes for a national or regional developer
• Strong leadership and programme management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or equivalent)
• Stable career history within residential construction
