Project Manager, Global Operations Support
Oxford PharmaGenesis is seeking a talented and organized Project Manager to join a crucial internal team supporting global operations. You will help our dynamic, global company achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional client service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead multiple diverse projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the global team, supporting central auditing activities, and contributing to the development of best practices and processes.
We are flexible regarding your work location, with options to work from our Oxford Barns office, London office at least 2 days a week, or other UK offices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
- Track project progress, lead status meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support central auditing of publication management systems.
- Contribute to developing best practices and processes as a project management SME.
We are looking for a Project Manager who has:
- Proven experience in project or account management, ideally in a global or cross-functional setting. Experience in a medical communications agency is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
