Project Manager for Watchmaking Design / Builder

For one of our prestigious clients, we are looking for a Watchmaking Design Project Manager / Constructor (M/F). Your mission: You will be responsible for managing the projects assigned to you through all project phases (Pre-study, design, development, closure) and ensuring the achievement of objectives in QCD (Quality, cost, deadlines). • Initiate the project by establishing the roadmap, planning, milestones, resources, and budget. • Create technical documentation for the pre-sales phase and calculate costs. • Participate in the design of products and composite processes, as well as the creation of client plans and 3D models. • Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager for pre-studies and preparation of client offers. • Ensure the precise definition of client requirements. • Manage and ensure change management with the client and internally. • Monitor project development by checking deliverables/objectives, compliance with requirements, schedule, and budget. • Lead project management rituals (client review and milestones, SFM). • Participate in technical reviews for defining parts and tools, testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and company standards. • Execute and coordinate testing plans, typical parts (client/partners). • Write technical/project documents (specifications, meeting minutes, etc.). • Collaborate internally on new products. • Participate in profile monitoring. • Holder of an engineering degree in mechanics or successful experience as a watchmaking project manager in design. • Mastery of project management; good knowledge of industrial production management. • Proficiency in Office tools, CAD/CAE (ideally Siemens NX), and Lean Management. • Knowledge of ISO standards; NIHS and RJC (an asset).
