Implement project initiatives within Airport Operations and Customer Strategy and Innovation for one or more global regions Lead stakeholder teams in planning and executing station openings and closings, mainline-to-express and express-to-mainline conversions, vendor transitions, and terminal moves Define project standardization and prioritization methodologies and systems for capturing costs associated with market entry and exits to support corporate profit-versus-revenue decisions Assemble and lead cross-divisional teams to ensure successful implementation Develop and administer systems and procedures that enable station management to manage vendor performance and compliance Provide strategic leadership to cross-divisional stakeholder teams during project management and execution, addressing issues and removing roadblocks Collaborate with corporate training, station personnel, and planning organizations Work with Government Affairs and Regulatory staff to support market-entry requirements with foreign national governments Direct continuous improvement to incorporate project learnings, refine and upgrade project models, increase market flexibility, and reduce operational and regulatory risk

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Experience in Airport Operations or a related background Multidiscipline field leadership experience; General Manager experience preferred Experience with large project management initiatives and cross-divisional work Experience coordinating business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure resource alignment Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business benefits through project execution Strong interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills Proficiency in facilitating, delegating, and motivating cross-functional groups or activities Exposure to change management or facilitation, enterprise communication, and training Strong organization and ability to manage competing priorities Ability to provide leadership, guidance, influence, and mentoring to project teams Experience with process and system mapping and analysis Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines using analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Netherlands, or Belgium Fluent in written and spoken English Successful completion of an interview is required to meet job qualifications Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Будет плюсом: Airline industry experience, understanding the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and using them for research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving, validating AI-generated outputs through critical thinking while following company policies on responsible AI use, data privacy, and security
