Project Manager (Finance Transformation)

We're partnering with a leading global FMCG organisation undergoing significant digital finance transformation and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of global finance projects, working with senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery excellence across cost, timeline, and quality.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery across global finance programmes
• Driving project governance, planning, budgeting, and cost control
• Managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams globally
• Owning project reporting, scorecards, and executive updates
• Ensuring go-live readiness and adherence to delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall)
• Overseeing vendor partnerships and external delivery teams
• Maintaining full visibility of project financials and portfolio reporting

What we're looking for

• 7+ years project management experience, ideally within finance or finance transformation
• Strong background in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial governance
• Proven ability to manage global stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Experience delivering projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on quality, deadlines, and delivery excellence
• Project management certifications (eg PMI, Scrum Master) are a plus
