Working withthe UK's Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping provider, we are insearch of an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our high-profilecontracts across the Southwest regions. In this pivotal role, youwill be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of thecontract(s), ensuring contract performance, successful delivery ofobjectives, fostering client relationships, effective peoplemanagement, health and safety compliance, and optimal financialperformance.

KeyRequirements:

• Provenexperience at Contracts Manager or Project Manager level
• Ability to manage own time and workloadindependently
• Prepared to travel regularlyacross the UK; occasional overnight stays required
• Site qualifications preferred: SMSTS and CSCS Black Card(or able to obtain one)
• Based near Northampton(office visits once a week); the rest of the time will besite-based

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple sites concurrently, ensuringprojects are delivered on time and withinbudget
• Maintainproject-specific body sheets fortracking and reporting
• Handleclient communication andcoordination
• Collaborateeffectively with team members and subcontractors
• Ensure health and safetycompliance across all sites
