The role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects and workstreams that drive real change across the business. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and global teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and with clear, measurable value.

You will support Programme Leads across three key areas:

Client experience and operational efficiency

AI focused initiatives from a business change perspective

Sustainability and regulatory control

This is not a pure technology delivery role. The focus is firmly on business change, governance, stakeholder engagement and sustainable outcomes.

What you will be doing

You will manage end to end delivery of projects or defined workstreams within larger programmes, ensuring clear plans, strong governance and effective use of resources.

You will work collaboratively with global stakeholders, communicating priorities, progress, risks and dependencies clearly and confidently.

You will identify and manage risks and issues proactively, navigating changing or conflicting priorities while keeping delivery on track.

You will develop and maintain high quality project documentation including plans, budgets, status reporting and post project reviews.

You will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and supporting the evolution of project management approaches and ways of working.

You will join a Business Change team that partners across the organisation to deliver initiatives aligned to strategic goals. This includes process optimisation, organisational change, cultural change and regulatory driven programmes.

About you

You will have at least two years' experience managing projects within a global professional services environment, ideally within legal or similarly complex organisations.

You will bring strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with senior, global and sometimes competing interests.

You will be organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

You will have formal project management training such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM or Agile, and you will be comfortable using project management tools to track delivery, resources and outcomes.

Working pattern

This role is based in London with hybrid working, spending around 50% per week in the office.
