What You'll Do?

As a Project Manager, you will oversee our water and fire mitigation and restoration business. You will manage production crews and jobs according to SERVPRO procedures. You will assign and coordinate jobs with our crews and keep managers and owners updated on production, as appropriate. Day to day, you will supervise job scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, supervise production, and monitor jobs from start to finish. You will resolve problems quickly as they arise and perform production work as needed. You will focus on the details and provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Because customer experience is our primary focus, you will monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met and establishing rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle - you must have a satisfactory driving record.
• Understand project management principles and apply them to restoration projects.
• Coordinate and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Facilitate a positive customer experience, communicating with customers to meet expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
• Identify safety hazards and establish control measures to ensure safety for occupants and workers; follow safe work practices and safety guidelines.
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided.
• Oversee resources (crews, jobs, equipment, materials) from start to finish within budget and following production guidelines. Manage assets responsibly.
• Manage production staff and Work-in-Progress (WIP) documentation.
• Collaborate with other project managers, estimators, technicians, property owners and insurance adjusters.
• Perform site visits to provide scopes of work and job details.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Be on-call in a rotation with other team members.

Who You Are?

We are looking for an aspiring leader with exceptional project management and Xactimate skills. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of project management experience, strong communication and time management skills, and a solid work ethic.

Skills

• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Two years of experience in project management
• Two years of experience in the restoration industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with general tool use and construction standards
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to start and manage jobs, including physical work and paperwork
• High school diploma or GED

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a background check per Federal and Colorado State law.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
