Project Manager

Our client is a leading global provider of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software. Their AI-powered SaaS platform helps organizations manage vendor risk, protect critical data, and ensure continuous operational compliance.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a customer-facing Implementation Project Manager to join the EMEA Professional Services team. You will lead end-to-end software rollouts for external enterprise clients, manage project timelines, budgets, and executive stakeholder relationships while working cross-functionally with technical implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Lead multiple concurrent customer-facing SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for external client leaders, facilitating regular status updates and executive touchpoints.
• Planning & Execution: Build comprehensive project plans outlining milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Risk & Scope Control: Proactively identify project risks, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans.
• Solution Alignment: Translate client business requirements into actionable software implementation plans.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with Implementation Consultants, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of project management experience leading external, customer-facing SaaS software implementations (not internal IT).
• Multi-Project Handling: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority client projects simultaneously on time and within budget.
• Client Presence: Exceptional communication skills with strong analytical and emotional intelligence.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand complex enterprise software platforms and align them with business needs.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
