Role responsibilities:- Lead and manage the successful delivery of a major commercial project from inception to completion
- Oversee programme scheduling, budgeting, and project performance to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance on site
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on timelines, costs, and risks
- Drive efficient project execution while resolving challenges and ensuring smooth operations
- Support and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality work on a prestigious development
- At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor
- A proven track record in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
