Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum DOE

The Opportunity

We're working with established residential design & build companies across London who are looking for experienced Project Managers to join their growing teams.

These roles involve managing multiple high-end residential refurbishment projects, typically ranging from £500k to £4m, with responsibility for driving delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

You'll play a key role in coordinating with clients, consultants and site teams, taking ownership of projects and ensuring they are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-end residential refurbishment projects simultaneously.
• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and site teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to directors and key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of project delivery and resolve issues proactively.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes within the business.

The Ideal Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in residential construction, ideally within a contractor or design & build environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing residential construction or refurbishment projects.
• Experience delivering multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience working on high-end residential projects, ideally in the £500k-£4m range.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client management abilities.
• A proactive and ambitious approach, with the drive to develop within a growing construction business.
• The ability to take ownership of projects while working collaboratively with directors and wider project teams.
