Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a residential construction project based in Cork.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-quality residential development, taking full ownership from design through to completion while working with an ambitious and growing team.

Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget

Manage the project from design phase through to final handover

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme schedules

Report on project performance and key milestones

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards

Identify and resolve project risks and issues

5-7 years' experience in construction project management

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar(or relevant experience)

Strong background delivering residential construction projects

Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors

Strong organisation and leadership skills

Experience delivering projects in Ireland
