I'm working with an ambitious, scaling London Design & Build business looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager.

They're looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running, taking ownership of Cat B office fit-out projects across London from pre-construction right through to handover. You'll be working closely with one of the best in the industry, making this a great opportunity for an already capable PM who wants to develop further and take their career to the next level.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing Cat B commercial office fit-out projects across London
• Taking projects from pre-construction through to final handover
• Owning programme, budget, quality and overall project delivery
• Running the commercials on your own projects, including costs, variations and forecasting
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client
• Managing subcontractors and the wider supply chain
• Coordinating closely with design and pre-construction teams

Requirements:

• Previous London Design & Build / office fit-out experience
• Understanding of how to take a project from pre-construction through to handover
• Commercially strong, confident with clients and comfortable running your own projects without needing your hand held
