Project Manager

We are currently working with a well-established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a new Residential & Commercial project in Cahir, Co. Tipperary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery of the project from pre construction through to completion and handover. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the project lifecycle
• Monitor and drive programme to ensure key milestones are achieved
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain clear communication with the client, design team, and internal stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee site resources including labour, materials, and plant
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and issue regular progress reports to senior management and client
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and approvals
• Coordinate and manage BCAR documentation throughout the project

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager position
• Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Good commercial awareness and cost control experience
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, or Procore
