Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Lead to join one of the region's leading bespoke construction businesses, delivering exceptional super-prime residential projects across the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire.

Working alongside discerning private clients, leading architects and specialist consultants, you'll take ownership of prestigious, high-end homes from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, programme and client satisfaction.

The Role

As Project Lead, you'll oversee the successful delivery of luxury residential projects, acting as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, subcontractors and the delivery team.

This is a varied role combining office and site responsibilities across multiple prestigious developments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of super-prime residential projects from inception to completion.

Manage project programmes, budgets and design coordination.

Build strong relationships with private clients, architects and consultants.

Coordinate site teams and specialist subcontractors.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to exceptional quality standards.

Chair client, design and progress meetings.

Monitor commercial performance and project reporting.

Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.

Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Proven experience delivering high-end or super-prime residential projects.

A background with a main contractor or bespoke residential builder.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.

A construction-related qualification is desirable.

Full UK Driving Licence.
