Project Manager

ID Recruitment havean excellent opportunity for a Project Manager working for a large mechanical fabrication and manufacturing company with large ongoing projects based in Kildare and Dublin.

The role which will report to the Contracts manager with work closely with design, manufacturing and clients to see projects from start to finish and will oversee a team of Junior Project Managers, Foremen and Site Staff.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Overseeing and managing QEHS on designated site(s),
• Management of Junior Project Managers, Foremen,Site staff,
• Managing relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors,Consultants, Clients and end customers.
• Problem solving and decision-making in collaboration withmanagement on site matters,
• Planning of resources, labour, materials and subcontractors in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
• Management of materials and supplies on site in safe and securemanner,
• Delivering projects on within allocated timelines and budgets.
  
• Working closely with project design and manufacturing teams,
• Holding regular meetings with management team to discuss andmonitor progress of projects,
• Submitting weekly status reports to management team 5 years experience in construction with 2 years experience in a leadership/project management position. Qualification or Equivalent in Construction Management,Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline HVAC or mechanical experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  Strong problem solving skills.
  Abilty to manage and lead a team.
