Project Manager

Role Overview

Project Manager - UK Defence function, based in Farnborough, Bristol or Hurn. 37 hours per week with a minimum of three days on site per week.

Role Description

As the focal point for projects, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver against time, cost and quality targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop clear and compelling customer proposals.
• Manage stakeholders and supporting functions, ensuring system data is updated regularly.
• Champion project delivery by providing briefs to management/business development and attending coordination meetings.
• Establish and grow strong, trusted relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
• Ensure all activities comply with the Operating Framework.

Essential Experience

• Track record of successful delivery of projects and programmes to defined cost, timescale and budget.
• Experience of framework management or delivering projects within a commercial framework mechanism (e.g. Engineering Delivery Partnership - EDP).
• First hand experience of acquisition processes.
• Experience delivering projects to three different customers.
• Understanding of SAP.
• Experience of AGILE PM.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry recognised qualification such as Prince2, AMP, PMP.
