Job Description

Project Manager

A leading Irish Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team on a range of high-profile commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare projects in Limerick.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage projects from initial setup through to completion and handover.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop and monitor project programmes using MS Project or similar planning software.
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
Lead weekly progress meetings and provide regular project updates.
Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and site procedures.
Oversee labour, materials, and subcontractor performance to meet project deadlines.
Work closely with the Health & Safety team to maintain high safety standards on site.
Review technical and contractual documentation and manage project records accordingly.

Requirements

Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
5+ years' experience in a Project Management role with a Main Contractor.
Experience delivering commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, or data centre projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery.
Experience using MS Project, ASTA, or similar planning software.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Full driver's licence required.
