A leading Tier 1 main contractor is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the team on a major school development project in the Curragh, with additional projects also live across the Kildare region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering large-scale public sector and education builds, with long term work secured and full project teams currently being assembled across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of the project from pre construction through to handover, managing programme, subcontractors, quality, health & safety, logistics and client coordination throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-start to completion
• Oversee planning, programming and site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, design teams and suppliers
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards
• Lead site meetings, progress reporting and stakeholder communication
• Monitor procurement schedules, technical submittals and project milestones
• Drive QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with all project procedures
• Work closely with commercial, design and site teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager
• Main contractor experience essential
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality and programme management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning software
