Kildare €85,000 - €95,000 + Benefits A leading Tier 1 main contractor is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the team on a major school development project in the Curragh, with additional projects also live across the Kildare region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering large-scale public sector and education builds, with long-term work secured and full project teams currently being assembled across multiple sites. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of the project from pre-construction through to handover, managing programme, subcontractors, quality, health & safety, logistics and client coordination throughout. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-start to completion • Oversee planning, programming and site operations • Coordinate subcontractors, design teams and suppliers • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards • Lead site meetings, progress reporting and stakeholder communication • Monitor procurement schedules, technical submittals and project milestones • Drive QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with all project procedures • Work closely with commercial, design and site teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements: • Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager • Main contractor experience essential • Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality and programme management • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning software What s on Offer: • Competitive salary & package DOE • Excellent long-term career progression • Opportunity to join a leading contractor with a strong pipeline of work • Exposure to high-profile multi-million-euro projects • Supportive and collaborative project teams For a confidential discussion, get in touch
